"We have a problem with the control panel of our 2005 GE dishwasher.  We are unable to access the Speed Wash setting we have been using.  Mike analyzed the problem and showed my wife how to reset the machine to unlock the setting problem with Speed Wash and allow us to use the Normal Wash setting.  This was better information than we got from GE support.  Full repair would have meant replacing the control panel at significantly more cost, and the changed setting is workable. <br /> We have used Mike's services on a number of occasions and have recommended him to family and friends, who all think highly of his service. <br />"
