You will receive a documented proposal that identifies various application costs and a design may be created for your review depending upon the scope and scale of the project. "We had a fantastic experience with these guys and I would highly recommend Tom and his crew. He was super responsive the whole time and proactively kept me updated on things, both by calling or texting before the work started as well as ringing the bell to keep me updated while the work was in progress. This is a smaller operation with a lot of experience so I felt confident that the job was being done properly without over paying. On the day the work started, Tom asked me to come outside to go through all the details before work started. We found one area where my assumptions were different than what his were in terms of how the downspouts were going to look and he not only came up with a solution right away but also drove around to three different hardware stores to find the right part. The work also ended up taking a little longer than he expected but he still honored his original quote. The crew was all very nice and polite and did a great job putting everything back together with fresh sod and cleaning up. Overall, we are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again."

"I called a week ago for quotes for a mosquito spray this last Saturday. I had two other companies lined up to come and spray our yard, but cancelled as truegreen was cheaper. I never heard back by Thursday on when they would be out. Got in touch with them again and they said it was never possible for them to be here before Saturday. By that time I couldn’t get any company out and me and my guests were eaten alive by mosquitoes. I now hear they will be here tomorrow, at this point I am extremely upset and will never schedule service with them again."
