"Ted was prompt and professional during our initial phone conversation.  He came to my home within an hour to look over the job and gave me a verbal estimate.  His written estimate arrived in the mail within a few days.  It was a small job installing the microwave over my cooktop, but I was pretty frustrated because the previous builder we had remodel the kitchen mounted it incorrectly.  As a result, the microwave had been sitting in my dining room for about 5 months after it had to be taken down for a repair.  One of Ted's associates, Bruce, arrived to start the job.  He carefully looked everything over and mounted the microwave properly using the manufacturer's bracket.  Additionally, because of Bruce's meticulous attention to detail, he ended up reassembling the microwave casing that the appliance repairmen had not put back together properly and adjusting the exhaust fan.  Ted arrived toward the end of the job and helped Bruce mount the microwave and bolt it in place through the overhead cabinet.  I am thrilled with the results! "We met Don at our 5th wheel to have service done to repair a slide out that would not operate, a loose wire connection for the trailer that was on our truck, which we use to tow the trailer and a problem with our furnace. Once Don arrived, he checked our batteries they were both above 90% charged. He checked the slide which was having problem, figured it was a bad cilinoid, which he replaced and checked our furnace and determined that we had a defective furnace. Don ordered the replacement furnace (under warranty and scheduled a time to come out and install it). Don fixed all our problems in a short time, correctly and for a lot less money....even with a trip charge to come to us! Don did work on the truck wiring, and said we would have to get back to him to see if it was fixed as the problem had been intermittent. Don was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with....honest which seems to be quite rare these days in the RV service industry. <br />"
