"Great overall experience! Omar reached out shortly after assigning project on Angie, answered all questions to satisfaction and scheduled a consultation. They showed up on time, very professional, and walked the property and listened to our thoughts. Once aligned on camera and server locations, and agreement on moving forward with the installation on the price quoted originally by Omar, they started immediately! The installation of an 8-camera system took about 4 hours, with the crew remaining professional the entire time. Once the installation was complete, they help get the app setup on our phones, and walked us through, asking that I video the instructions for future replay as we learn the system! Then, once setup on our phones, went with us to adjust all cameras to our satisfaction! Overall, very satisfied with Lightspeed-Security, from beginning to end! "Hansel came out to talk about what we wanted and where to install. He is very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. A few days later he came out to perform the installation. He showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. No wires showing anywhere, and got the cameras positioned and focused exactly as we wanted them. He does the work personally and does not use subcontractors. The video from these cameras is amazing. We plan to have Hansel install a camera system at my son's house soon. Highly recommended!"

"I called Alfonso to do wiring and install security cameras in front yard and backyard. He also helped fixed backyard lights that were not working for good portion of the yard. And did some electricity work inside the house. He was professional, friendly and did a very good job for a good price. It felt like a friend, and not a professional, was doing the work. Couldn’t ask for anything else! All the time he was workings, he kept giving me tips. I learnt quite a few things about electrical wiring about my home. I am not handy, but was able to gather confidence to change some bath fan switches myself after the training from Alfonso ?. I plan to call Alfonso to fix lights in the front yard, and highly recommend him for installing security cameras, installing / repairing yard lights or electricity work in the house."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
