Throughout the entire process of signing the contract, having questions answered, being assigned a project manager, (Jai, who was always accessible and awesome) and the actual work being done, the communication was excellent. We were notified when workers would be onsite, when inspections were scheduled, when walk-thrus were done, and had access via text to our PM. All of it was extremely well done. The deck was finished with excellent workmanship, even when they installed a style of steps they’d never done before. Gus managed to save parts of the old fence and artistically mix them w. necessary new pieces; it could not have been architected more beautifully.
