"Next Level did an excellent job resolving my standing water issue in my backyard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system. A few years prior they also installed my sprinkler system."

"My house was built on a hill with no thought into how the yard was going to be used. The severely sloped yard made it nearly impossible for the kids to play outside. I contacted Legendary Landscapes to help me figure out a solution. Chad, the owner, came over for the initial consultation. I expressed my needs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed a solution for my yard and explained the steps necessary. I thought i was going to need an expensive retaining wall but Chad suggested a lower cost alternative for me using rip rap that i didn't even know was possible. The proposed price was exactly what i was looking for so the work was scheduled for the following week. Chad and his helper showed up on time and performed the work in 95 degree plus weather (kudos to them, too hot for me!). The work was done on time, 2 days as proposed despite the insane heat, with no surprises or issues. I wasn't sure how good the rip rap wall would look but i was pleasantly surprised with the final product. The work done looks great and my yard looks enormous now! I highly recommend this company, they are going on my speed dial as the first and only call for future landscaping projects.

"We needed about 35 trees cut down to clear our lot to make a nice outdoor living space. The trees ranged from very small to a few pretty huge poplars. Jose and his crew were amazing and I would definitely hire them again! They showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they left. "It went OK. The advertisement on Angie's list said more could be added at an increased price. Before purchasing from Angie's list I called to find out what it would cost to double the order. I was given a price on the phone from the owner. I placed my order on Angie's list, called the owner back and he told me I misunderstood the increased price and gave me one almost double what he originally told me. I had only the original order delivered and spread. I purchased additional mulch on my own and spread it myself. In his defense I will say that English is not his first language and he may have misunderstood what I was asking for originally but still it was frustrating. I also asked several times for an approximate time delivery would be made on the day he selected and never received a response. As a result I got up early and spent the entire day waiting. They finally arrived around 4:00 in the afternoon. They also applied the mulch too deep around the base of the trees and I have had to pull it away so it does not kill the trees. A landscaper should know better"
