"Premier was great to work with. Very communicative when scheduling, gathering quotes and learning about roofing options and warranties. Their scheduler (Samantha), the sales rep (Mike), and owner (Ricardo Yuly) were all nice to speak with and very accommodating to questions. Company offered several options in regards to shingles and warranties, and they explained the differences and associated pricing. They also offered several payment options. The installation team arrived on time and was courteous, including contacting us before they parked to ensure we can move our car if needed. The work was done timely and well including clearing the old roof, installing the new roof, and cleaning debris."

"When Mr. Parker arrived to do the estimate, he was very punctual and professional, and seemed like a great guy. They were able to get to my repair faster than estimated, and the crew that came to do the job was great.  The roofer named Coffee was knowledgeable and has been with Mr. Parker's company for many years. Coffee found some additional damage which was hidden by the shingles when doing the repair, and asked me what I wished to do. I told him to fix it, and he did. <br /> The only reason I gave the price a rating of B is because I didn't get any other estimates, as Kevin's Roofing was the first one contacted and they came out immediately to give the first estimate. I didn't have any other estimates to compare to, but feel that what was done was worth the cost. The job did cost more than the initial estimate due to additional hidden damage, which I'm glad they found and were able to repair the same day. <br /> All in all I am very happy with the work done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and will recommend them to others. When my roof needs replacing, they will be the first I call. <br />"

"We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"A neighbor mentioned that they had experienced a leak in their bedroom ceiling and when they checked it out, the roof was in fact leaking. He had an inspector come out and they discovered hail damage. My home is of similar age and the roofing material identical so I decided to have my roof inspected. I used Affordable Quality Roofing, since my daughter used their company for siding damage to her home from a storm last year. There were complications due to matching materials no longer being available and they worked diligently with her insurance to find a solution and give her beautiful results. Larry came out for a free roof inspection and told us we had significant hail damage too! They keep storm records and we did indeed have sizable hail in May of last year. They were very careful due to Covid-19 and wore masks or socially distanced while the work was being performed. Larry made a point of being here to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspector to make sure all damage was evaluated. He was the face of the company and handled all contract, payment and punch list items after the install. It was nice to deal with the same person start to finish, like your satisfaction really mattered to this company. I believe it would be in everyone’s best interest to schedule a FREE inspection with Affordable Quality Roofing because they are Honest (NO pressure and will tell you if you have damage before you make a claim with your insurance company), Reliable (always showing up exactly when they said they would), and Efficient (work was done quickly and my yard was left as if they had never been here)."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance.
