He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail. "

They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done.
