"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."

"The business representative met with me to look at the site when the snow was deep on the ground in late winter (March). He came back in early spring (April) to mark off the area with a white spray-on marker to show the area he thought the patio would work and the adjacent mulch areas and plantings. He gave a very general estimate and explained alternatives. His business did some landscape drawings with info on materials and then we came to an agreement on the scope of the project and price (most communication by e-mail). We met again to finalize plans. Work began about a week late because of extreme rain. Once it began it took about 1.5 weeks from delivery of materials to completed construction, and was completed by the date I originally indicated I needed the work done (May 21st). The workers were professional and friendly (team of 4). All damaged lawn (from heavy equipment) was repaired and based on my request they left some mulch for existing gardens and extra stone that was left over. The total cost was a little higher than an estimate from another contractor, but the quality and professionalism of the workers made it well worth the little extra. I could not have done better."

"They didn't just dump in a big sheet; they dropped a little bit and went along down the driveway.? Somebody then came with some kind of machine and rolled it out.? It was hard, I thought it was going to be soft because of the plough and everything but it was very good.? The guy that owns the place came up to see it and he was extremely helpful, congenial as well as a very nice man."

"I was blown away at how well it came out. Fred Washburn and his crew are truly the best I have ever seen in this field. It is smoother than any tile floor I have ever walked on. I learned through the contractor that he does staining and stamping of concrete also and since I was so impressed and knowing concrete is only new once, I had him acid etch and stain the floor and it now looks like Tusan Marble!!! My friends and family are jealous because the floor looks better than thier bathroom tile : ) <br /> His crew waxed it to a shine that is mirror finished. I can even hire him to come back periodically to strip and wax it. <br /> I'm a raving fan! He is now working on the basement floor and walls of my 1872 Farmhouse to solve my mold problem permantently! <br /> Thanks guys!"

"The garage walls went well. They sealed 2 walls including the base of the walls. I feel however we were overcharged at $1500. The chimney did not go well. The results were less than pleasing and only 2 sides were done. The third side was near the power line coming to the house. Apparently the power line needed to be blanketed and scaffolding used. Neither were done. Cosmetic work was completed from the roof on two sides of the chimney and the charge was $800."

"Eric Przybycien and his crew were very professional. Eric visited the house to assess the project and provided us with a detailed estimate. Once we signed the contract the work was scheduled. The crew arrived on time each day and they were very respectful of our property. They cleaned up every night taking all trash with them. <br /> Eric is very knowledgeable about all things chimney and all things masonry. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions (even the mundane ones.) He explained everything in terms that we could understand. We were confident that he and his crew would do a great job. Once the job was completed we were EXTREMELY happy with the work. First class job! Our chimney looks brand new. <br /> I would hire these guys again without hesitation. If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable and thorough craftsmen, these are your guys. <br />"

"I was very happy with the job they did. They listened to my requests and concerns and took care of each one. When I called the office they were responsive and came on the date and time that was given. The guys were polite and friendly. They broke the wire for my invisible fence but had someone come right away while they were here to fix it. The invisible fence worked fine when they left. I would hire these guys again."
