"Larry previously fixed my dishwasher, so I called him to fix my broken freezer. He told me the evaporator fan motor needed to be replaced, but after he replaced the freezer it still did not work. Therefore, he told me he would refund most of the approximately $400 I paid him, but it has been nearly two months and he has not refunded payment or responded to texts asking when he will refund. His misdiagnosis also caused us to go an extra two weeks with a broken freezer, since we canceled our appointment with the manufacturer’s repairer once he told us it was a small job he could fix. However, the freezer ended up requiring a new compressor."
