"Perfect. They were able to walk me through a diagnostic evaluation of the appliance prior to them coming out to see if I needed a repair or new version."

"Dave did a fantastic job installing two new toilets in my condo. He was very personable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The installation was done efficiently, everything looks great, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable handyman."

"I had a fantastic experience with John! He was not only highly skilled and efficient in installing my TV, but also incredibly patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the setup was perfect, and offered helpful tips. He is very friendly and talkative, but always respectful, making the whole experience pleasant. If you are looking for someone reliable and professional, I highly recommend him!"

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."

"I had reached out on line and in less than 10 minutes I received a call from Seth Parker. Totally professional and yet personable. He provided an estimate and had Wayne Tudor fix my GFI the very next day. Wayne replaced the GFI in a matter of minutes and checked all affected outlets. The unbelievable service level was off the scale. There was a wall art piece which had to be removed to get to access the breaker box. Seth called after Wayne left and said Wayne wanted to come back to hang the wall art - UNBELIEVABLE!! This company is all about customer service. The pricing is good. I highly recommend P.I.E.-Co Electrical."

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Stamping Ground, KY

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
