We were provided a written and very concise estimate. After approval, they conducted pre-construction meetings, and final project completion meeting and a walk though. Their product and service comes with an extensive warranty. We had the first phase of our roof (multi-level) completed during very inclement weather....18 degrees not considering wind chill. At every step in the project, the manager and crew reported exactly at the promised date and time. Phase I seems to have addressed the multiple leaks we were having. "This was an awesome experience. I had received several quotes and Santos's estimate was honest and fair and there were no surprises. After the project was complete,the wind blew off the panel of my swamp cooler which in turn damaged several shingles and Santos came back and did the repair without hesitation and no charge. They showed up on time and the weather was getting cold and they worked long and hard to get the work done. The crew was very, very respectful of my property and I was impressed by the clean up effort. Went all along the perimeter of my home with a magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.
