"Believe me, this is your last stop for any masonry and concrete needs as these guys are absolutely the best! My initial quote and introduction to the company was provided by Joe Rothwell ( Owner ). Joe took the time to discuss the condition of my driveway, which believe me was in dire need of replacement, providing me with an estimate that I felt was extremely reasonable. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and options such as a sand finish and converting my existing 1ft x 1ft drain to a channel drain, running almost the length of my garage. On the day of installation, I was greeted by Joe and several members of his team. He anticipated only one day to demolish, however, based on the size of my driveway ( approx 2300 sq ft ) I thought that there was no way this was possible. Low and behold by 2:00 pm the entire drive was completely bare of old concrete! Day two went just as smooth, with grading, adding a gravel base, channel drain, and rebar. Because of a mini heat-wave, it was decided best to delay the concrete pour until the following week when the weather had cooled. Once again, they arrived right on time with the first pour. It was truly amazing to watch these guys focus their attention to detail. Finally, the last day was the wash and clean-up. Joe and his crew did a wonderful job and my driveway looks spectacular! "Joseph and his crew were delightful and professional to work with. I wanted a stamped concrete driveway and Joseph took time to throughly explained to me the color and seal options. They came in leveled and graded my drive hauled away some dirt and broken concrete set the forms and finished the site prep all in one day They returned a day later poured and finished my 73 foot long 15 foot wide driveway on one day. They returned a day later to clean up, remove forms and apply the sealer. Upon their departure they left behind nothing but a beautiful Roman slate textured driveway! In the end I could not be happier! My driveway looks great and literally sparkles as if it was natural slate! Just as Joseph promised! You won't be disappointed!"

"We had previously (1 week prior) had our driveway replaced by a different contractor which was a disaster and needed to be redone. We contacted Mike from Iate Life Concrete to remove the concrete driveway and replace it with a new one. Mike was able to start right away and was very flexible with his schedule to accommodate our needs. Needless to say we were very skeptical of anyone that we talked to since we had such a bad experience just a week prior to meeting Mike. He was quite reassuring and calmed all our fears. The driveway came out perfect and their crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. My only complaint is that we ordered colored concrete and didn't get it. However, Mike did offer us several solutions for the problem so it ended up not being a problem in the end. We are very happy with the result and would hire Iate Life Concrete again."

And now I have my garden path. Which, incidentally, matches the other, much older path perfectly. ...
