"The shower curtain rod was hung too high that the curtain could not stop water from going all over floor. I made a point of giving them the curtain to make sure the rod was installed properly but he merely eyeballed it instead of measuring the wall to be accurate. It was just a standard curtain! I made them correct the height which left a couple of holes in the shower wall that is noticeable. The cap on the end of the shower rod was not put on correctly and just hung on the rod. They did nothing about the gap in the floor molding after removing my tub, so that the edge of the vinyl floor and raw wood floor was showing. I made them fix it with caulk but did a quick sloppy job of it on the one side. There is now a good size purple stain on my vinyl floor from a chemical they allowed to spill on it, the flooring is only a year old! The new knob fell off in my hand the first time I turned on the water. The shower pan is not deep enough to allow a shower curtain to stop the water from going on the bathroom floor. The new hand held shower is too short to use because the shower head is so high. I have had to go shopping for a longer one. I paid enough money that it should have been a perfect or near perfect job, but it was not."

Corroded and busted pipes underneath the foundation. He took up my flooring and jackhammered the foundation and the busted pipe was exactly where he said it would be. He replaced the pipe, filled in the hole, put down concrete, and replaced my flooring quicker than I thought was possible. He showed me everything as he went along and explained the process in a way that was very easy to understand. I've dealt with plumbers before but his customer service and knowledge was exceptional!
