"Frederick Scafani, the owner of FSP General Contractors, has done a terrible job with our kitchen tile flooring — the tiles are chipped, lippage is large, and all the grout is cracking and coming out. He has taken an illegal amount of deposit ($3000 when $1000 is the legal limit in CA) and has not fixed his work or returned our deposit. He has not responded to phone or emails. There were many other things that went wrong, including him not tapping water pipes and flooding the kitchen and hallway, with water leaking down to the floor below, but I’ll focus this review specifically on tile. I would highly advise to steer clear of Fred. Tile installation and grout: $5,840 Tiles + delivery: $1,295.86"

Ben did two projects for us… a kitchen remodel and new foyer, and then a couple years later a bathroom, new closet, wood stove hearth and hardwood floors and paint throughout our downstairs.
