Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

He responded to my emails promptly. He even came back to reset the new system after my dog ate one of the remotes. Two months later my 10 year old TV quit. I had several questions about a replacement TV, which was returned based on Alvin's advice. I will make an appointment to have Alvin install the new TV."
