"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

Mike and his helper Anthony, both professional and personable, arrived timely, explained exactly what their plan of attack would be, and got down to work. They used both a spray insecticide to immediately kill wasps that came out of the hive and an insecticidal dust that they applied around the entry/exit points from the outside and inside where wasps could get into the attic storage space. Then they used caulk to seal off the entry points. They left everything neat and clean. A week later, I have seen no more yellow jackets and can safely use the attic storage space."
