I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. Well I just like to say It was an absolute pleasure to deal Ty Salazar the president of On The Level Design and Construction.

His staff was courteous and a very helpful,  the helped me from start to finish choosing the cabinetry, the fixtures, tile and spent there time helping me choose the paint colors.

The installed a beautiful new roof and took care of the old leaks

In the interim I was away at my summer home and felt very comfortable and safe leaving my home unattended while they did their work.

They were on time, clean and respectful.  Ty and his staff made sure that if any issue arose they took care of it right away.  They scheduled all deliveries in to coincide with the project efficiently. 

The electrician and plumber did top notch work efficiently and right the first time.

I'm going to miss Ty and his crew I enjoyed having them around and very thankful for the great work
