I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "Bruno called and we were able to set up an appt. Our appt was for 2:30 pm and he came early at 1:00 pm. We explained what needed to be done and was given some other suggestions to fix the problem we were having with the yellowing caulk and the mold around the top of the tub. He fixed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up well. He was even able to give me suggestions on some other work I told him I needed done."
