They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect—materials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

"Excellent experience. George (the owner) was on time. He sent a text confirming his arrival time. Equipment was appropriate for a residence. My home is 50 years old but was renovated including vinyl siding 20 years ago. Was looking like 20 year old siding. Now looks new. George also power washed the concrete around the pool. The pool is under some trees in one spot and was showing that. Also, you could tell where the cover was during the winter months. Well that’s now one uniform color and looks perfect. "After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.

"Because of the severe deterioration of previous paint jobs, AAA Custom Painting needed to sand, grind and scrape about 2/3 of the house down to bare wood before they could power wash, re-sand, prime and paint our entire home. It was a very hot Spring and they had to wear complete body cover and face respirators for the sanding/grinding preparation, but they came every day that the weather cooperated and worked for hours and hours in the hot sun. The whole job took quite a long time (6 1/2 weeks), partly due to weather and partly because they don't usually work weekends, but both the owner, Andres Osses, and all of the workers were always friendly and easy to talk to about everything we wanted.  They even started coming on Saturdays when we told them that we had an important deadline for finishing the job. 
Not only did they do an outstanding job painting the house, but they also paid attention to all the details, like patching cracks and holes in our very old wood siding, and removing light fixtures and downspouts to paint behind them so nothing was missed.  They also cleaned up after themselves and put everything back when they were all done.
Our only (minor) complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with Andres and he didn't always let us know when they would or would not be at the house, but the bottom line is this:
THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE (and their estimate was lower than other companies for the exact same work).  THE HOUSE LOOKS FANTASTIC AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT."
