I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "Bruno did an amazing job.  Our shower stall has had a mold problem for years.  We had scrubbed it and bleached it to no avail.  He came in and steam cleaned and repaired all the grout and tiles.  He also applied sealant.  He was only meant to do the shower stall but had some extra time and so he cleaned the bathroom floor for no extra cost.  Both the shower stall and the bathroom floor look like new.  
Bruno arrived on time and worked steadily.  He cleaned up after himself and he was very kind and professional.
