One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."

"I hired Jenson to renovate my bathroom on October 10, 2025, with a contract stating a completion time of 7 to 12 days. However, the renovation was completed on November 25, 2025. The constant influx of workers entering my home, especially my disabled father, made me and him quite uneasy. On December 24, 2025, I reached out to Jenson because the grout was falling out and the senior grab bars were not properly installed. These issues posed a significant safety hazard for my father, who had a stroke and has right side weakness. My father was the sole reason I needed to redo my bathroom. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Jenson, I was assured that someone would come to address the issues. However, as of January 24, 2026, no one has shown up. Jenson had informed me on five separate occasions that someone would be coming, and I was home waiting for them, but they never arrived. Sadly I am left to resolve this on my own.
