"Lee King did a great job. I called him late on a Friday afternoon, not expecting him to be able to do the repair till the next week. He said he could do it that day and arrived about 30 minutes later. He replaced the sensor, tested the washer to be sure his repair was good, and left me with a functioning washer. I am very happy with the service and would hire King Appliance Service again."

"Technician was very prompt to come and worked to determine problem. The elements would heat up before he left, but then when I tried to use the stove, it wouldn't heat. The technician came back a second time and same thing happened. He said he honestly didn't know what the problem was. I am now looking at the changes that I will have to make to put in a new stove. I will have to have a licensed electrician put in a 240 outlet and have a carpenter cut out part of cabinet to accommodate a new stove."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"ITS A WORST EXPERIENCE FORM A MANAGER OF THE STORE TO TALK TO A BUSINESS OWNER. WE HAD ALREADY TOLD THE TECHNICIAN TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER THE PARTS. WE WERE AWARE OF THE COST. ONE OF THE TECHNICIAN TOLD MY HUSBAND TO CALL ON 9-12-18 IF THEY DIDN'T CALL US. I WAS OUT ON 9-13-18 SO DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO CALL AND CALL THEM ON 9-14-18 AND ASKED HIM WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE PART? HE SAID WE HAVEN'T ORDERED IT YET WE WERE WAITING TO CONFIRM FROM THE CUSTOMER TO ORDER THE PART. I TOLD HIM THAT ON 9-12-18 OR ON 9-13-18 YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED US THE MANAGER CARY SAID WHY DIDN'T I CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS THE STATUS EVEN AFTER WE HAD TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND ORDER THE PART. THE MANAGER SAID THEY WERE NOT TOLD THAT CAUSE IT IS AN EXPENSIVE PART. WE WERE GIVEN THE PRICE OF THE PART BEFORE THEY LEFT AND THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL AND WANT TO ACCUSE THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT CALLING AND HANGING UP ON THEM."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
