From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. "The whole experience was excellent. Chris when to give us a bid. He was very knowledgeable. He told use about the triangle of stove, fridge and sink and flow. He suggested a long narrow window to replace the tile backsplash on an outside wall. It was a great idea. When sit at the new bar between the kitchen and the living room we look out into our backyard. Itâ s beautiful. The guys that did the work are extremely work oriented. They are constantly working. They were thorough, knowledgeable and open to our suggestions and requests. We wanted an additional can light no problem. They were great. They cleaned up every day before they left. They would tell use when they were going to arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. I have old siding on the outside of my house. They matched it perfectly when eliminated a window. The price of the cabinets was a lot more reasonable the other bids and theyâ re beautiful. What I mentally pictured in my mind on how it would look and the ease of preparing meals in the new kitchen were so wrong. Itâ s at least 10 times better. It still has the same physical dimensions but how itâ s played out. It seems so much bigger. I highly recommend them for any project you need done"

"Dean was up front and laid out what the project entailed and worked with us to come up with a plan that fit within our budget and time frame. We had some weather issues (snow) that caused a bit of a delay but he was in constant contact with us and we were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend more than a contractor. We have a few other projects coming up that we will only hire Opportunity Construction for. Quality of the work done was 10/10 people think that the enclosed porch was here from day one it is so spot on."

There’s a lot of contractors who reached out about this project but what I really liked and one of the reason why I hired them because when Eduardo came out to look at the projects he listened and and then he shared with me his thoughts, unlike the others who just insisted this and that and I even almost kicked one out of the house already. After all, we the homeowners are the customers . Anyways, there’s more projects ahead of us and I definitely don’t mind having them to come out for estimate. We showed photos to friends and families and they all loved it."
