Steve Norfolk (owner) installed a new sump pump and backup battery in February 2013. We have not had a moment's trouble in three years. We recently had a power outage and things continued to work well. Since it was the first time we had to rely on the backup battery, I wasn't familiar with the change in pumping sounds, etc and worried that all was not well. I called, spoke with Mary and requested if they could come back out and check my system. Steve came out to the house, took a careful look at everything, explained (again) what to expect and what to look for in the future (i.e. - when the battery was showing signs of needing to be replaced.) He was extremely patient and thorough, and did not charge me for his time!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are professional, thorough, patient and most importantly, stand behind their work and customers no matter the length of time.

They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. "Andrew (owner) of Classic Drainage promptly responded to my online request for an estimate for what I called a French drain but later came to know it as a channel drain. Andrew asked me to send him some pictures of the area I wanted serviced. I took out my phone and snapped a few pictures sending them to Andrew. He then sent me an estimate where he also stated he needed to send someone out to take measurements to give me a more precise cost estimate.  His field rep calle dme within an hour and ararnged a tiem which was very convienant for me - the next day (a Saturday) at 10 am.  Andrew;s field rep was even early, took the measurements, provide more literature on what would be done. Very professional and knowledgeable.  What answers he did not have, was told the information would be provided as soon as possible. It was.
On the day the work was to be done, Classic Drainage arrived on time and started immediately. Andrew even explained exactly what would be done, how it would be done and how long it would take.  I was so impressed with the Classic Drainage work team. No breaks, constantly working. Completed the work, under my curious eyes, cleaned the site and it looked great. Nothing was damaged, not even our plants when they installed my new drain pipes.
I would definitely use and recommend Classic Drainage again.
