Following a massive snowstorm in 2016, I had water coming into my basement. My basement was under construction with a contractor who I shall not name but who stated the water coming into the basement wasn't their problem. Not having time to debate, I went on a search for waterproofing companies both on and off Angie's List. After meeting with several companies that specialize in waterproofing techniques, I decided to try a general contractor, and I contacted Wall to Wall. Julio Angel met me at my home for the appointment, and he was amiable and on time. I walked Julio through my basement, and I showed him where the water was coming in – intruding water was still visible. Julio noticed that I was having work done on my basement as there was a new concrete floor, framing, electrical and plumbing rough-ins. Concerned Julio asked me whether any inspections took place on the work done in my basement. I only knew about a framing inspection but nothing else. At that point, Julio commented to me that I might have a bigger problem on my hands other than just water coming into the basement. Julio observed sheared footers, a new slab, and rough-in plumbing that would require inspections if they hadn't already taken place. Julio suggested and recommended me to a structural engineer to have the footers and structure inspected. As it went, Julio had good reason to be concerned about what he saw, along with shoddy un-workman like construction the first contractor structurally comprised my home. I ended up hiring Julio to provide me with a report showing other construction deficiencies in the work that was performed by the other contractor. Julio with Wall to Wall Construction brought my attention to serious construction deficiencies. Along the way, Julio made himself available to any construction and process questions I had. While it was stressful to learn and resolve, I appreciate Julio's honesty, concern, and openness about my construction project. If not for Julio, I would have a finished and closed basement with unknown structural issues and construction problems. I trust Julio completely when it comes to construction. He takes his time to understand your needs and the scope of your project. He educated me on the how's and why's, and I trust him to perform the underpinning work that needs to be done to fix the shoddy work done previously. "I did a competition on replacing our basement door, reviewing both the solution for a Signet Door and including price installed. After reviewing several solutions from several top rated companies, we decided that On the Level Contracting (OTL) (Peter Psihas) had the best solution for the outside trim with a 12 9/16” Frame Depth. I than went to the 3 lowest bidders (including OTL) with the final configuration to ensure everyone was bidding on the same configuration. After receiving the 3 final bids from top rated companies, OTL had the lowest price. After Peter ordered the door from ProVia, Peter provided me the estimated date he would be receiving the door from Provia. When the door was received Peter notified me and worked with me to schedule the installation date based upon our availability. The installation team from OTL arrived in the schedule time, verified they had the correct door prior to starting the work and did an excellent job installing the replacement door. Peter can to our house prior to the job being completed to ensure I was satisfied and went over the warranty information. Prior to signing the final contract, I talked to Peter about providing the Aluminum and replacing the Aluminum Capping to the side of the garage door that was dented. Peter and his father (George) replaced the capping matching the bends exactly to the top and the other side. I highly recommend using OTL.!!!"

Flavio and his sons and excellent crew worked as true artisans to construct an exceedingly beautiful flagstone walk and patio in the courtyard to my home in Leisure World. The work was performed at the highest level of professionalism with careful attention to detail during the sales and specifications stage of the project and through every aspect of the installation. I was greatly impressed by the way each man on the crew approached the work -- each was a shining example of great customer service -- and the artisan who placed the stones was amazing. "Ryan Reph Remodeling has completed three major projects for me in the last three years. The first project involved the installation of a new oversize walk-in basement shower and renovation of the adjacent basement laundry room. I was so pleased with the quality of the work, the following year I hired them to renovate the master bathroom, original to 1958 when the house was built. A complete tear-out was required and new “everything” was installed – inside and outside the bathroom walls. Even though I selected moderately priced materials, the end product was stunning. I recently moved into another older house and they are almost finished with two projects there. One involved the construction of a main level laundry/mud room with an entrance from the garage into the house and the other was the installation of a wet bar/kitchenette in the basement rec room. Like the previous projects, the end result of these two projects is amazing. Within the next year or two I am hoping to renovate the basement bathroom in the new house and Ryan will, without doubt, be my contractor for that project as well. (Yes, RRR was the only contractor I contacted!). They have now done 3 projects for me and I can’t imagine working with anyone else. I have worked with two of Ryan’s crews. Both crews were very professional – skilled, knowledgeable and talented. Every worker Ryan has sent into my home has been polite, friendly and helpful. They show a great deal of respect for my home and use drop cloths, dust barriers and floor protectors while they work. At the end of each workday they clean up, put their tools and materials away and leave the house as livable as practical during a major construction project. Ryan gets all required permits in his name, his crew members are onsite to meet with the county building inspectors when they conduct the required inspections, and every inspection has passed on the first try. Selwa is a talented designer and she has developed contacts with a variety of suppliers who provide thoughtful help with material selections. Ryan and Selwa are both easy to work with and communication with them throughout the project is very efficient. I feel very fortunate that I “found” Ryan Reph Remodeling and I look forward to working with them on future home improvement projects. "While we initially went in for their free consultation to have a pavilion with fire place and stone work, they pitched a landscape plan for our entire property. We loved their design plan and they worked with us very well. Bill is a great guy and pleasure to work with. While we had a few quotes from other contractors, we chose Sharper Cuts. Overall work performed was very good. We had some concerns with grouting not filling pavers completely, but they came back to take care of this issue. Still, areas were still not done. Some of the flagstone tops used were not high quality with rust prevalent. Perhaps their supplier was the issue. They replaced inferior slabs. Plantings were good, but not great with some plants dying and needed replacing. Mulching was scantily done and we ended up spending close to $800 purchasing bulk mulch and laying more down ourselves. THE MAJOR problem we had was the damage done to our lawn along the path they used to drive the heavy machinery (like a Bobcat). They reseeded the area, but the ground was so compacted it didn't take. They came back and loosened the soil and re-seeded again. Much better but we still have a wide and long area where the ground is lower than the surrounding area due to the compaction. Kind of got tired asking for more work to be done. So, overall they are a very good contractor that strived to make things right. The reason for a "B" grade is the fact that issues should be addressed the right way the first time and not in a manner that patches the issue resulting in the customer having to call them back again. Still, they did respond promptly and did not avoid the issues. That is a BIG plus with any contractor. Perhaps they are trying to grow to big too fast and simply did not put the effort in to resolve the issues correctly the first time. Still, I think they are honestly trying their best and this may be a learning curve. We are thankful for their willingness to try to resolve issues despite still having issues outstanding."
