"They were fine. The guy came out, explained the problem with the drainage with the water running down with the mud accumulating on the patio and it's a hard rain. He suggested this rock thing. So, what he did was came in, and they went ahead and dug up the lawn on the far side where the water was running down. They put down the black stuff that you decorate in place with a very large stone. They put the rose bed in the back."

"My poured concrete basement wall had been cracked and leaking for several years always following substantial rainfall. The dehumidifier had been able to keep up with it to a point, but it quit and the mildew began. I called a competitor of Basement Masters ( that advertises heavily on local TV). The rep came out complete with big book of endorsements and did a walk through. He recommended their "system" to fix the leak. It consisted of a french drain around the inside perimeter. The price was incredibly high! I blew that off, and after several months contacted Basement Masters. Randall (the owner) came out, did a review of the situation and told me I could go with either of two ways: 1) outside dig to address the problem with a 20-year guarantee, or 2) inside epoxy injections to the prepared crack and a 10-year guarantee. The price of the inside epoxy injections sold me that that was the way to go. It took a while for the rain during the summer of 2018 to provide a dry three-day period for the epoxy to set and cure, but a window finally opened to allow for the process. Once Walter (the guy is a magician!) did his thing, the basement is finally dry! I can't say how happy I am! Basement Masters is true to their word, have more then fair prices, and just do the right thing. Call others for an assessment, but make sure you call Basement Masters and go with them for the work."
