Daniel knows his concrete, how to build framework, and especially how to work it up and make it look beautiful!! Daniel just poured and made steps up to our home---with two patios---one inline and one adjacent to steps, but all are interconnected . His work has completely changed how our home looks when driving up driveway and walking up to house. This new [curb] appeal is just FANTASTIC to look at!! "We have a finished basement and a crawl space in the storage area of our basement.  We have found after large rain storms recently water has been increasing in our crawl space. After one storm we found over 6 inches of water above the gravel in the crawl space and purchased a temporary pump to pump out the water, discarded the plastic vapor barrier with concern of mold growing on it and began to see seepage through the foundation wall to the basement. 
In order to find a solution we scheduled four appointments with Angie's list highly regarded basement waterproofing contractors.  We were surprised to find that each contractor provided different solutions ranging in cost from $13,814 to $1,950.  We were impressed with Mr. Norfolk's honesty and straight forward approach.  He noted that he could do some of the solutions provided by other contractors with piping systems to a sump pump but suggested to start with a more cost effective solution of just adding a sump pump to the crawl area and replacing the current basement sump pump that was 27 years old.  If additional solutions were needed in the future he could preform them but why spend the extra money at this time if not necessary. The work was performed on February 1st and took two workman 3.5 hours to complete.  The workman explained how the system worked and asked that we please follow up if we had any questions.  The only area I could see improvement was clean up as after they cleaned up I had to again sweep the work area and vacum the carpets covered by their drop cloths. There was also debris and concrete mix left on the driveway.

"The company was responsive - gave me a same-week appointment.  Adolfo came to my house, assessed the work to be done, and quoted me a fair price.  He did the work right at that time.  The job was done well - it looks professional and neat.   He even colored the concrete so the patches would better match the existing concrete.  I am pleased with the work.

"Great for fences. Not so much for other things. Quality is good as well as fence pricing. Melissa is awesome! They were building a house on the next lot and the was a dip in the middle and she talked to the construction people and had them use a bulldozer to level out the edge of my yard for free. On the other hand i had someone come to an estimate for some wooden steps(just standard steps). All it needed was 3 steps and the guy game a quote for $2000 which is only a little less that half the price of 171ft of 5' of aluminum fencing. I definitely would recommend them for fencing."
