I had gotten a HISA Grant from the VA and he worked in the budget that was granted to me wow the results were out of this world. If there was an issue on the project they stopped talked with me and brought foward thier recommendations on the project and showed me issues and understood thier issues, and left the options open for you. Also from beginning to end it was a breeze. Also, during Winter Storm Elsa, Jay (the owner) he came to the rescue to get me out. And they are very flexible and reasonable in thier prices. And I HIGHLY recommend them when they gave me thier estimate for the bathroom they included thier insurance binder to show proof and a piece of mind for myself and all parties involved. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
