"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. "It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

"Called and spoke to Lee regarding chimneys at a home I just purchased. Never having a chimney, I didn't even know where to start. He came out promptly, assessed the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done to make them functional. He quoted a fair price for the materials and labor involved, and promptly got to work. He did a great job and the new chimney cap looks great and should last a lifetime. In addition to the predefined work, he added on additional items at no charge (sealing loose flashings on front chimney and providing a log holder for the fireplace).
Lee is great, and I will keep him in mind for maintenance and cleaning in the future.

"Used Weatherstone to do an inspection on a condo, Zach came out and did it for us. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so it was easy to understand and answered all questions. Unfortunately the deal feel apart and we found a home instead, the first thing I did was call Weatherstone again and request Zach do the inspection. When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."
