"Extremely pleased with On Top Roofing. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleasant people to deal with from Tim and Alise in the office to the workers on the roof. The price was right and the roof looks great!"

"They did an awesome job! The roof looks GREAT! Plus the people are very professional and friendly. There will be no other company doing my projects but BBS General Construction Inc. from now on!"

"They don't replace roofs on Mobile Homes."

"I hired O.T.I. to replace the roof on my 6 family building. They installed asphalt shingles, with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind knowing I will never have to replace my roof again. They also did not surcharge me because the building is 3 stories high. Other roofing contractors wanted to charge me more money because The building is more then 2 stories high. It was a great experience, the crew was great, my property and tenants were treated with respect! You won't be disappointed!"

"Front north-facing roof had significant moss and algae. Nate quickly came to provide a quote and then came by a few weeks later to clean the roof. Did a great job - roof looks like a new roof. Wold recommend and hire again."

"MRO is a company that has a veteran, experienced crew. They back up their workmanship guarantee. Almost ten years after our roof was installed, a shingle came loose and Mark had a crew (the same crew) here within a week or so during peak roofing season to fix it!"

"David and Scott were knowledgeable and trustworthy. Whenever I had questions they were super responsive. I initially only wanted to do a new roof but with the expertise and deal they offered for doing solar and the roof I could not pass up. Could not recommend more."

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Howard construction dis a great job replacing my roof. I initially called them after a big storm to replace some shingles. They came out the day after the storm (Saturday) to do the repair. I was so impressed with Howard that I had him quote me a replacement for the roof. He was quick to provide the quote and was able to get the job done quickly. The roof looks great. I would recommend Howard Construction to anyone."

"On time services is great and on time. They did my house’s vinyl siding and also they build a nice deck on my back yard. I am very please and happy with them. I totally recommend their work. They are the best."
