We were particularly impressed on how tidy they left the work space every day and the quality of their work. Our one small complaint is the lack of communication we experienced. Catherine often promised getting back to us within a day and we did not hear from her for weeks. The progress of the work could have been explained more clearly to us (this was our first renovation ever so did not know what to expect at all): a weekly email would alleviate a lot of the questions we asked. The renovation of a kitchen is no easy project as it is so disruptive to the day-to-day running of a home but we feel that KBR Kitchen accomplished the renovation in a timely manner and we just love how it looks.
