As the project went on we were less happy with their communication and by the end of the project their overall quality of work. The door to the screened area needed to be replaced and they said no problem. They left the old door in our yard. Not very professional. They also told us there were multiple color options for the type of sealant but never asked us what color we wanted. Just didn't seem ask communicative once they signed us on and we sent in the deposit. The last thing is the new door was painted on most of the surfaces but they didn't paint between the wood and the screen. I understand this would be difficult but that's why we hired professionals. If it cost more, tell us and we'll pay for it but don't leave a half painted door. They also didn't install hardware on the door which again just seems like something they should have included."
