He was very knowledgeable about the different manufacturers and their track records for quality and service. We sent him a photo of the patio before he came and he brought samples to provide some excellent color and style options. He also gave us honest feedback on some of the options, including lighting and wind sensors. The installation was professionally done by Ron Montgomery and we are extremely pleased with the look and functionality of the final product, which covered a large part of our concrete patio that is exposed to direct sunlight about 10 hours a day in the summer. The shade provided by the awning makes the patio much more usable and is very attractive. The whole process for the custom awning was about 3 1/2 weeks from estimate to installation."
