He was very friendly and assured me that the leak areas had been repaired. I was surprised that the work was done in 2.5 hours since the estimate was $750. I did not immediately pay due to the unexpected $300 per hour charge. I called and discussed this situation with the company and was assured that this was their expected rate and that the estimate was correct. They said this was their standard cost structure.
