They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"From the initial visit to scope the work required, through the delivery of the quote, and the scheduling and performance of the work, this was arguably one of the smoothest, easiest major home repair projects I've had to get done. The estimator arrived exactly on time, which was important to me, because I live about two hours from the worksite, my son's house. He did a thorough inspection, then provided a detailed breakdown of the work required and the materials and costs involved. He also took the time to explain the advances in roofing systems since the existing roof was installed during construction of the home over thirty years ago. The proposal was delivered the next day, with an additional, lower cost option, which included an explanation of the sources of the cost reductions. Showed up on time, went right to work and, even though there were some surprises - seven sheets of sheathing that clearly needed replacement - they had the old roof off, the sheathing replaced and the new system installed in a little under six hours. On previous jobs, I've had to walk around the house and pick up remnants of the old roof after the crew had left. Not this time. In fact, I think the area around the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I was truly amazed that the only evidence of their having been at the house was the beautiful new roof. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Terrific customer service and truly outstanding workmanship."

"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! I would definitely hire Jesus again!"

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!
