Everything went so well that we decided to also renovate the 2 bathrooms, replace all the flooring , interior and exterior paint. Everything went well. Lior is very knowledgeable, patient and very responsive. I was really apprehensive going into this since you hear all the horror stories with contractors. "It went really well! Gino Henn, the general contractor, is a man of his word! He sincerely wants the job done as if it was his own home. The men he has working on each part of the project show up consistently, they prepare the house to keep it as tidy as possible through the process, they are nice and respectful to work with and so good at what they do! I was very impressed with Gino‘s ability to connect with someone to do a specific job and be here as soon as I had a need. We had to move some air conditioning ducting in addition to the remodel. "I feel so insanely lucky to have come across such a talented and caring remodeling and construction group - they were referred to me and I would happily refer them to anyone else. I donâ t know if I can fully convey how smoothly my whole house remodel project went but I will sure try! The Experience: I immediately noticed that Welcome Renovation prioritizes your experience. For example - excellent project management and communication. I am incredibly busy with work and they made the whole process SO easy working around my schedule and sending pictures when I wasnâ t able to drop by in person. I felt 100% confident with the design choices they made and was happy with all of the options (these were all carefully down-selected so there werenâ t an overwhelming number of choices). I can count at least 4 - probably more if I really thought about it - ways they actually spent more money on their end to make things look better or improve functionality, without increasing the price to me. They went and fixed a number of items that had been screwed up by a previous construction group at extremely fair price additions in a seamless addition to the contract. Every single worker was friendly and courteous, and I felt safe and trusted them in my home both when I was there and when they were alone. They reached out after project completion and asked for constructive feedback - while I did not have any complaints, I had a few minor suggestions all of which they addressed and took actions on both for me and for improving for future projects. I canâ t think of anyone else in the industry who goes above and beyond like that. Aesthetics: All of the designs are absolutely gorgeous. From the textures and colors, to the fixtures, and the impeccable tile work; you can bet your place is going to look *spectacular* when they are finished. The pictures on their website donâ t do them justice - there is a â wowâ factor that cannot be conveyed in 2D. Example: long shower inlet for soaps and shampoos - spans almost the whole length of the shower and has beautiful, large and perfectly symmetric tiles in the inset. Kitchen backsplash tile work is pristine - you couldnâ t find an error if you had a magnifying glass. Functionality: Everything was designed around making my day-to-day life easier - a few examples (not an exhaustive list by any measure): Putting the shower handle to the other side of the shower entrance so I could turn it on and not get wet waiting for the water to warm up Changing to a pocket door with custom pop-out handle (much more difficult and costly) to open up the entrance to my tiny bathroom Maximizing cabinet space in my small kitchen to utilize all the corner spaces, putting in a spice drawer right next to the stove. Pricing: The pricing was slightly higher than other groups I got bids from, but seeing the end result I am (1) enjoying the sh!t out of the space on a daily basis and (2) confident there will be a return on investment later down the road if/when I sell the home. I am very, very happy with the end product and feel like my money was well spent - no regrets."

"I needed a remodel job for my kitchen and living room, knowing it was something I couldn’t do and that the living room is a place where visitors must pass by, every visitor gravitates to the living room I decided to involve a professional. I contacted the Golan from H and A design. They did the work perfectly well. They started by providing a punch list for the both. In my kitchen, they used an engineered store that mimics marble and granite as well as sparkling granite floors. The painting was so cool and welcoming. They installed big cupboard that has many partitions and also a center table. The also installed new light fixture and a dishwasher that is better than the normal, the painting were all on white. Golan from H and A design gave my living room a welcoming look, the painting corresponded to the curtains and chairs. The walls were washed before the painting. The wood work was top coated when dried. At the end, my living room was so beautifully decorated. The center table and center rug were so awesome and it drew the attention of my visitors. I highly recommend them."
