I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to ?finish? without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the ?production manager? is ?busy.? Why won’t they stand behind their project? Are they hiding shoddy, substandard work? As a homeowner, I’m now saddled with the mess of an open permit and no resolution in sight. This is unacceptable. "Ro,the technition politely introduced himself and immediately assessed the problem. He allowed me to watch as he removed the old pump and then installed the new one. He then ran the new pump to insure that it was working properly. Ro worked efficiently and explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. I learned about the importance of a check valve!"He was courteous and fun to watch. When he finished,he cleaned up all unnecessary materials and gave me the papers I needed to keep. He instructed me to take a picture of the white tag on the subpump so that I would have it for the warrenty.I was very comfortable with his work and appreciated his telling me about the importance of keeping a picture of the warrenty tag.I highly recommend Presto construction.!"
