"Very good. All is well."

"I used them for years. Since we moved we have been using the provider closer to us. They put in several monitors after having termite problems. They were supposed to come monitor them. They just started only monitoring a few of the devices not all of them. They scheduled an appointment with us, and I took the time off to wait for them and they never came out. I called them, and they had anciently gone to our neighbor's house by mistake and inspected it and filled out a report for their house not ours. We rescheduled the appointment and did not show up then either. When I called the office, she did not have the appointment on her calendar. They were not the least bit apologetic. They were kind of rude about it. I thought it was terrible that the same guy didn't show up twice. They did ask if I wanted to reschedule but at that point I did not. As soon as our contract ends with them we will be changing to another company."

"Yes, owner is friendly and trustworthy, price within budget unlike other exterminators. Extremely happy."

"They do our pest control. Whole service package for my home. Pet-safe stuff inside, and exterior chemical treatment. We checked around and they had the best price. They are great to work with, I have already recommended them."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"A little pricey. Very friendly. Too soon to tell if pest control is effective."

"had some trouble rescheduling them when I was unavailable - -- I would reschedule them 5 business days in advance - - - however when they need to reschedule I find out that morning. They need to get better with the scheduling."

"Although I found the work to be of good quality, they arrived much later than originally scheduled. They were in touch to explain the delay but had I had anything else planned that day, it would have been a real inconvenience."

"Pest Patrol offered very prompt and professional service. I called on a Saturday and they were there Monday to take care of our need. They didn't try to sell us any gimics or extras. We had an infestation of carpenter ants, and there very next day I only saw 1 and have not seen any (except dead ones) since."

"He was very professional to work with. He did a great job removing the grass and made sure we were happy before leaving the job. He showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend and would use him again"
