Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. "Tim worked with me to repair some problem areas I had with my siding. A few cracked pieces and some warped siding from previous owners getting their grill too close. He was able to determine the original manufacturer, style, and color of the existing siding, but found that it had been discontinued in 2004.  We used some samples he had to match a similar color and style. With the siding installed, you can tell a slight color difference when viewing at an angle, but overall I am extremely satisfied with the end result.
Tim was easy to work with and transparent with material costs. He was also very good about giving us a heads up on any extra costs that might come up.
