"Deck was started on the date promised they kept me informed all along the way deck was built like a tank. All scrap from old deck was cleaned up. I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction. He did not leave until I was happy. "

"DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."
