"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Both jobs were done exceptionally well with great attention to detail. He and his crew were professional and courteous. The job was completed on the day they said it would be done, even a little sooner. Will definitely hire again for our next project."

"It couldn't have gone any better! The bidding process the reliable scheduling of the work, the carpentry and handyman expertise, talented and fun workers, we're all top notch. Their pricing was also very competitive. They took great care to use plastic to keep the house clean and we're generally very careful and considerate about our home and everything they did. Look no further, hire these guys!"

"Super professional company. Well organized, and very knowledgeable. High quality work. Done on time and on-budget. Hope to hire again."

"Great job and very clean"

"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. We are very thankful for Ivan?s expertise. Ivan stands behind his work and will help if we have additional concerns. I will 110% leverage Ivan in the future at our home."

"Mike, Edwin, and Corrie did an outstanding job! I, had my bathroom remodel! There were some minor problems due the Christmas holidays! But, at the end it all came together and only took about one month complete the job! Mike, informed me of all of the changes and when they were going to show up! I, highly recommend this company to all of my, friends and family!"

"Joe had previously insulated our garage and it was perfect. He is timely, prompt, professional and very reasonable. We have shared his info with neighbors looking for a contractor. He is the best!!"

"We had a low maintenance aluminum railing deck put up. The work was excellent. The crew was very polite. Austin was great to work with. Work was done on time and efficient. I would hire him again."

"We had excellent communication with them from start to finish. They were always on time and finished the project within timeline. We were happy with our deck repair. Highly recommend this company."
