"I called Countryside in the morning and they had someone out to the house the same day.  Over the phone I described the issues we were having and was told it sounded like the bladder in the pressure tank needed to be replaced.  I questioned that statement and was reassured that it could be done.  I also relayed the area where the pressure tank was located was relatively open and could be accessed easily.  When the two technicians arrived they were brought to the basement and shown where the old tank was.  They said they would bring the new tank down and start draining the old one.  When I asked about replacing the bladder I was told no, not on this tank.  The person I talked with in the morning meant the whole tank needed replacing not just the bladder.  The tank was drained and the new one hooked up without difficulties.  They even had time to replace a couple toilet seals.  The total time spent at the property was an hour.  The technicians were pleasant and professional.  When the bill arrived there were some questions as there was extra time that had not been spent at the property.  A couple phone conversations later and Countryside reduced the amount of labor that had been charged.  <br />"
