"we had a problem in our downstairs bathroom. Rooter Man Plumbing & Drain was able to respond on the same day, within about two hours from my "Quote Request." Rooter Man cleared my clog and cleaned out the main pipes in less than an hour. A special commendation to Dave for his service and his expertise. He was also able to suggest some other options for a separate project I was considering. Also, Tammy was the most knowledgeable and professional "voice on the phone" I have heard in decades. She was clear and concise in her pitch and scheduling of a service. I haven't had that kind of service since I retired from the military twenty-five years ago."

"I had David come out on a Friday and give me an estimate to snake our main sewer line and balked at the price quoted because the last guy I had come out did it for cheap. I took his estimate and sent him on his way because it wasn't an emergency. I hired another individual to jet the line but they hit something they couldn't get past. Turns out we have bigger problems with our main line. By Monday it was getting to be an emergency. I called Rooter-Man back and they sent David out again and I had him snake the line and run a camera down it to see what the problem is. He was super helpful and even gave us a discount because I had cleared out a nice work area for him. We got a good idea of what was wrong with the line based on his camera and he explained it all to me while i videoed his camera display so I can take that to the offending companies and get them to fix what they screwed up in the first place. Might be a bit more expensive than what I was expecting but if I'd just had Dave do the snaking and cameraing in the first place it would have saved me a wasted $500 jetting, shown me the real issue with the sewer line, and an entire weekend of stress over what's wrong with the main sewer line."

"I  found J. Ellrott on Angie's List and called them to set up an appointment.  Their phone was answered by a receptionist who told me that Terry would call me back that evening.  As promised, he called me and was flexible with the timing of coming by to deal with the problem.  We scheduled at my convenience in the morning.  At the time of the appointment,
Terry showed up five minutes early and explained exactly how he'd proceed. This company has state-of-the-art equipment, that was able to provide a very clear video of the interior of the drainage pipe.  This camera revealed that my pipe was filled with water at about the 40 foot point of its 65 foot length.  He identified (and showed me) the tree roots which were causing the blockage.  He then utilized a snaking/cutting device, similar to what I've seen in the past, but also used a high-pressure water jet to
eliminate as much of the blockage as was possible.  I was happy when the water began to flow through, but Terry was not yet satisfied.  He elected to attack the blockage from both its point of origin, at my foundation wall, and also from the other end, at the point of the town's sewer.  When he was done, the water was freely flowing, and its muddy tone was entirely clear.
 Aside from fixing the problem, Terry was very personable, clearly enjoyed explaining the work he was doing, and took pride in his family's business, which had his grandfather's name on his truck.  He was meticulous with detail and patient with my multiple questions.  When I asked him if I should consider replacing the pipe, he discouraged it and explained the cost-effectiveness of
having the pipe inspected and cleared on an annual basis.  He told me that his company would put my name on a mailing list, to remind me to do so. To top it off, on the following day, Terry e-mailed a thorough report of the work done, complete with photos of the blockage before, during and after the problem was detected and the fix was executed.  
 I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this company was exemplary and well worthy of my expressed appreciation.  Needless to say, I highly recommend  them.
