Unfortunately, Mason needed a new part to do the repair. He located the part and gave me the new cost of this service. I OK'd the price, and he left to get the part. "Had a Dacor oven control panel go bad. Sent them over. They called and asked me some questions. Told me to remove 2 relay boards. I sent them over thinking I would need to spend an additional $300.00. The fixed all three boards for the original quote of $120.00 or so. The best customer service on the phone, and Chris the technician was just great also. Thanks so much folks. The stove works like new.... A+++++++++"
