Old Castle Home Design Center was started with the aspiration of becoming the best design and renovation company in Eastern and Southeastern areas. Since that time our office has reworked and redeveloped the perception of architectural design as well as new methods of building renovation to restore the artistic aspect of architectural design back to the community. For years, many factors caused architectural design to stagnate, especially in the residential field. Old Castle Home Design Center has been one of only a handful of local design firms that pushes the limits of design and creativity with a vision toward the future. We have developed an experienced and educated team to provide our clients with the best possible design for the individual needs of their project. "Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."

"I would not recommend Royal Flush Plumbing to anyone. They overcharged for the installation of a 2 handle kitchen faucet and unclog a garbage disposal. $450 to install a $70 Delta kitchen faucet and $180 to unclog a garbage disposal. In addition, the plumber did not even know that the dishwasher was a portable dishwasher and tried to charge for a new supply line and stop. Plumber removed the dishwasher adapter from old faucet and failed to reinstall it on the new faucet making the dishwasher unusable. Royal Flush Plumbing Management was called to discuss the charges and concerns. Management was rude and unwilling to address the concerns or charges. I will never us Royal Flush Plumbing again and encourage you to stay away and find another plumbing company."

Install ceramic, marble and granite tiles to floors and walls in new and existing homes ,Cleaned and leveled surface areas and removed excess grout. Completed post-installation inspections and processed work invoices. Prepared tiling surfaces using waterproofing materials and lath. Measured, cut and shaped tiles and marble to size. Applied cement and arranged tiles according to design plans. Provided friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.

He also knew what the other 3 plumbers did not and helped us with our issue. When we had to replace the water heater a month later, he was incredibly professional, on time, covid safe, and made sure we were up-to-speed. He even further fixed other small issues without charge. To say Rob is classy is an understatement and I could not recommend his expertise and company more!"
