"We just bought a small second home in Billerica and furnished it from scratch.  This resulted in way more cardboard and other trash than we were warm and fuzzy about breaking down, cutting to the required size and tied bundle height specified for curbside pickup; we also had miscellaneous paint and other items added to the pile.  I found Steve on Angie's List and called him.  He was prompt and courteous in all communications, arrived on the day promised to give us an estimate and stuck to his word when he performed the work on the promised date.  This is important because we did advise that we still had several more boxes and items to add to what he was viewing for the estimate -- we were able to give him an approximate report of what else would be added and we didn't exceed what we told him, likewise he didn't add to his original estimate.  He is very careful in his work, is neat and quick and friendly.  We are VERY pleased and will use him again.  We will also recommend him to anyone who can use his multi-faceted services."

An enormous amount of work, and then they had to remove 12" of solid concrete that was dumped outside the garage and which would interfere with the new floor. Every part of the project was explained in detail, and Lou did a top quality job. I really appreciate a job well done, and I nobody does a job as well as Lou. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. "The company raised the concrete but didn't take any precautions to keep debris out of pool. After two days of cleaning we have all cement particles out of the pool, but find it necessary to clean out our pool filter Though the concrete did raise in some spots it is not totally even; water pools in a couple of spots. Be advised that this company only fills in the holes; you have to hire another company to stain the cement to match deck color. Clean up is not high on the priority list.
