"My historic home had many design and installation challenges, but the team did an amazing job. They ended up moving my plumbing, building out a few walls, and built the floor under my shower pan. It was a lot of work and it was a unique situation but their work was perfect nonetheless! No detail was spared and my shower is incredible. I could not be happier with the work."

"I have to give DK Property Professionals a shoutout for their incredible work completed. Not only did they do a fantastic job installing deck and step railings but the communication and time of completion set the bar compared to other companies. I highly suggest reaching out for your future property needs. Thanks again!!!"

"I had luxury vinyl flooring installed on my stairs leading to my basement. My experience was positive. My installer Mike was on time, efficient, did a very nice, through, clean job. Consequence of the finished look, asked questions when needed and cleaned up after he finished."

"Jason did a great job. His communication before and during installation was exceptional. He got the job done in much less time then he projected. I found the cost to be competitive and highly reasonable"

"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

"Walter was the best. He did a beautiful job on our laminate floor. One area was 25ft+ long and he did it perfectly. He took his time to cut the door jams to fit the wood underneath. The fit around the marble at the foot of the fireplace is perfect. The floor is gorgeous. And I have to add that he even came back (no additional charge) to change one of the transition pieces that I didn't care for. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Walter!"

"Professional, always arrived on time and excellent communication during the installation. We had over 700 sq ft of flooring installed. It took 2 days and they took care of our home throughout the 2 days, they kept the work area clean, they carefully moved heavy furniture and appliances. Completely satisfied and we highly recommend them."

"Very personal and professional. Work done in a timely manner. Replaced bathroom floor and fan for a reasonable price."

"We were very happy with the work Dameon did. Quality work and fairly priced. He installed a walk-in shower, bathroom vanity, and hardwood laminate floors. We love our new bathroom! We will definitely use this company in the future for all installation and repair work that needs to be completed!"
