"Our renters reported the garage door opener was not operating and our home warranty company sent someone out to assess it. They reported the opener wasn’t functioning because the door had issues and that wasn’t covered in the warranty. That company gave an estimate for total replacement of the door and opener but we wanted a second opinion. Through Angi, Door Nation replied promptly, set up an evaluation time convenient to our renters and contacted us with several options and costs. When we decided on the course of action, the work was completed in a timely manner. Communication was provided regularly and when the job was done we were able to pay online in a convenient manner. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company. "

"The salesperson said they need payment in full before installing and checks only. I trusted him and the company but then they never showed up and they kept my deposits. The installer cursed me out for a mistake on the order that he made and then they never contacted me. The owner has cashed the checks and I sent confirmation of the deposited checks. This place is a scam."
