"Crystal's service was excellent and professional from beginning to end. I called her number on a Saturday about 12:00 pm when I discovered my washing machine was making grinding noises and would not drain on the rinse cycle. Crystal called back a few hours later to set up an appointment time. She worked around MY schedule and came out on Sunday (the next day!) because I work and I desperately needed my washer fixed ASAP. She did some trouble-shooting and found the issue. Unfortunately for me she needed to ordered the part and told me she would contact with information. She called me @ 8:15 on Monday morning to let me know that the part would be in on Tuesday. When the part was not delivered she called to advise me what happened and we set up an appointment for Wednesday @ 5:30 pm (once again around my work schedule). She was prompt and explained what she needed to do and showed me the defective part and the new part she needed to install. She is very neat and organized and I loved that she was a women trying to build her business! I would definitely recommend her and would definitely use her services again. A+ Crystal!! "Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given.
