"Had our basement finished by Luke in first half of 2018. We hired Luke because he listened to what we wanted and provided a great plan to maximize the available space within our modest budget. He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. He is a friendly communicator, excellent craftsman and a man of integrity (you can take him at his word)."

"Without the guys from Priority, we would have been paying a fortune out of pocket for the replacement of our Roof and Siding after a major storm damaged them.  Their team was with us every step of the way from inspecting the damamge, to negotiating with our insurance company, to doing the work.  Josh in the office logged over 100 calls he had to make to our insurance company to get them to agree on the amount of damage and without his dligence, we would have gotten about half of what they actually paid.  Larry was at our home with samples of roofing and siding and helped us select the best for our needs and folowed up after the crews came to do the work.  Both the roofing crew and the siding crew were professional, friendly and courteous, and they worked HARD!  They completed the roof in 1 day..that included tearing off the old and putting on the new!  They had the guys crawling on the edges of our lawn to make sure every last scrap of debris was cleaned up before they left, and took great care protecting my plants outside.  The siding crew were just as professional and friendly.  In fact, on a really cold day I invited them in for hot Pizza for lunch and they were super appreciative and respectful.
We would not hesitate one second to recommend them to anyone we know!  Our house is beautiful and we get compliments all the time on how it looks!

They were so understanding, so professional, and so considerate of my time. The repeatedly accommodated my need to access various areas of the house in the midst of their work. They worked around multiple issues at my home and were so careful with my animals. One guy (Darin) even fixed my garage door and carried down a very heavy container of food for my animals. He also asked if their equipment would scare the animals and had me monitor the animals while he turned on various tools to make sure the animals wouldn't freak out.
